RanchWear Club Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is RanchWear Club, LLC (the "Promoter"). By entering this competition, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Prize Package
The prize package includes:
• A New Zealand Red Stag hunt, hosted by Alps Outfitters, which includes:
o A Red Stag (360-400 SCI)
o 5 nights' accommodation and 5 days of hunting
o Guide fees, main meals, and accommodation
o Airport transfers in New Zealand
o Trophy caping, care, and delivery to a taxidermist or expediter• Bowtech Archery Carbon One Bow (https://bowtecharchery.com/bows/carbon-one/) from Archery Field and Sports (www.archeryfield.com)
• Hunting Gear and Travelpack from Badlands Gear (https://www.badlandsgear.com/)
• Round trip flights to New Zealand for one person (from the winner’s nearest international airport)
• Mega RanchWear Club Merch Pack
Total prize value exceeds $40,000.
3. What’s Not Included
The prize does not cover:
• Alcoholic drinks during the trip
• Taxidermy, expediting costs, or trophy shipping fees
• Additional airfare costs for extra guests
• Personal expenses incurred by the winner during travel and stay
4. Eligibility
• This competition is open to legal residents of the United States aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of RanchWear Club, Alps Outfitters, Bowtech Archery, Archery Field and Sports Badlands Gear, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
5. Entry Period
The competition opens on October 16th and closes at 11:59 PM on December 5th (the "Entry Period"). Any entries received after this period will be void.
6. How to Enter
• No purchase is necessary to enter, simply subscribe to RanchWear Club’s newsletter or follow RanchWear Clubs social media sites.
• To Gain additional entries, participants may purchase products from RanchWear Club during the Entry Period.
• Each purchase has various entries into the competition depending on what you buy.
• Only valid purchases made through the official RanchWear Club website qualify.
7. Winner Selection• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries after the Entry Period closes.
• The winner will be notified via email or phone on or around December 6th, 2024.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, a new winner will be selected.
8. Prize Conditions
• The trip must be taken within the specified 2025 dates according to Alps Outfitters.
• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a similar alternative of equal or greater value.
• The winner is responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport, visa (if required), and travel insurance. They also need to pay for all taxidermy services and expediting the Trophy back to the USA should they chose to make such transfers.
9. Publicity
By entering this competition, the winner agrees to allow the use of their name, photograph, and any statements they make about the competition for publicity purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
• The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or internet failures that may affect entry submission.
• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter, its agents, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to property or person, including travel delays or cancellations, during the prize fulfilment process.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition in the event of technical issues or any other factors beyond the Promoter's control.
11. Privacy
• Personal data collected as part of this competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for the fulfillment of the prize.
12. Governing Law
