From the first duo of Jack and Jane, to the current gand of boys unders the age of three that wander the land, four generations of the Glendenning family have called J Bar J Ranch home. Jack D. Glendenning, Jack and Jane's son, is the seconf generation to run the operation. While Herefords and Angus were the first breeds on the ranch, Jack D. said he and his father became hooked on the Limousin breed in 1984 after the purchase of their first full-blood bull.
Nowadays, with the help of their children and young grandchild, Jack and Vicky run ragisterd and commercial Limousin and Red Angus cow-calf pairs. As J Bar J Ranch became more involved in the breed, Jack had the opportunity to wtach his children grow up as a part of the cattle industry. From an early age, all three of their children, Josh, Jace, and Jayme, expressed an eagerness to be involved in the breed. "I didn't make them do any of it," Jack says. "They love the cattle business."
Byergo Angus was established in 1950 with 1 cow and her 2 daughters. Today, we are now a 4th generation Angus ranch that currently manages over 900 registered Angus cows and sells over 350 Angus bulls annually.

Gleonda Angus was founded by Leon and Glenda Kleeman in the early 1970s/ although Leon's ownership of angus cattle began a decade earlier. Gleonda Angus has always been focused on producing sound, functional, big boned, feed efficient cattle that perform at a high level from birth to the rail. The Gleonda feed efficiency journey began in 1966, when the first feed tested bull was purchased from the Wye Plantation in Queenstown, MD. Leon was a true pioneer in data collection.
Gleonda Angus continues to be a front runner for, data collection and has its own feed efficiency test facility.
