  • Upon subscribing, members choose their preferred membership option (T-Shirt of the Month, Hat of the Month, or T-Shirt & Hat of the Month). You then select your size and complete your order at checkout. Then every month you’ll receive a one-of-a-kind, Authentic shirt/hat delivered straight to your door. It’s like Christmas every month with a surprise turning up at your doorstep.  

  • What membership options are available?
  • RanchWear Club offers three membership options: T-Shirt of the Month ($24.99/month), Hat of the Month ($26.99/month), and T-Shirt & Hat of the Month ($39.99/month).

  • Can I choose the designs I receive?
  • The designs are curated by RanchWear Club and feature different ranching operations each month. This ensures a unique and exciting surprise with each delivery.

  • How do I update my subscription details?
  • You can update your subscription details, including size and payment information, by logging into your account on the RanchWear Club website and accessing your subscription settings.

  • What if I need to cancel my subscription?
  • Members can cancel their subscription at any time. Simply log into your account and follow the cancellation instructions. If you need assistance, contact customer support at info@ranchwearclub.com

  • Are there any additional charges for larger sizes?
  • Yes, there is a $2 upcharge for XXL and XXXL T-shirts in the T-Shirt of the Month and T-Shirt & Hat of the Month memberships.

  • Do you ship internationally?
  • Currently we only deliver within the United States.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact customer support immediately. Provide details and, if possible, photos of the issue. RanchWear Club will work with you to resolve the problem and ensure you receive the correct or replacement item.
